What this register proves

Publication metadata is visible and countable

Each record is generated from the same canonical source used to build the public article. The register makes review date, source count, disclosure state, and migration provenance easier to inspect.

What it does not prove

A source count is not a truth score

A page with many weak sources can be less reliable than a page with one decisive primary source. The article and source list remain the complete evidence context.

Methodology

How to interpret the fields

  • Reviewed uses the canonical review date and falls back to the modified date.
  • External sources counts source records in canonical metadata.
  • Disclosure identifies whether an affiliate disclosure applies to that page.
  • Migration state distinguishes retained hash-locked legacy-backed content from newly authored canonical content.
